You have been using X and have been okay with it. A capitalist creates a Y, and then remind you everyday why you don’t really need X more than you need Y. The capitalist paints a picture of what you’re missing by not using Y. Gradually, your friends and family start talking about Y, then they start using Y, then they start “shaming” you for still using X, then you start using Y, then you suddenly realise X was not as good as you had thought, then you start advertising Y to your other friends and even strangers, then Y spread from city to city, country to country.

In a not so distant future, the Capitalist create Z which is not so different from Y and the cycle repeats itself. The capitalist is NOT as attached to the money he had made for himself as he is in his ability to shape human behaviour FIRST, then profit from it. The reward for a capitalist is not money, because money is just a bonus. The capitalist rewards is power (ability to shape behaviour), with power comes wealth, with wealth comes wisdom, insider intel, money, assets, high level connections (big door openers), etc
