“But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.”

What does it means to be “anointed with fresh oil”? Sheep get bruised on their head while being herded in grassland. The wound become feasting ground for flea which inflicts pain on the sheep. A good Shepherd pours oil on the sheep’s head to cover the wound and bring soothing relief to her. When you receive God’s anointing, this is what it means.
